1. Faults & Warranty

• 14-Day Reporting Period: Any manufacturer defects, missing parts, or out-of-the-box faults must be reported to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.

• Warranty Claims: If a defect is confirmed within this 14-day window, we will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or misuse (e.g., thermal runaways caused by improper slicing settings or nozzle jams from incompatible filaments).

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Window: Standard shipping across Namibia takes 4 to 8 business days from the date of order dispatch.

• Import & Stock Availability: Items are imported and distributed locally. While we aim to fulfill orders immediately from local stock, transit delays due to customs clearing or international freight may occasionally affect delivery timelines. You will be notified of any significant delay.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Items returned for inspection must be in their original packaging, complete with all included accessories, manuals, and spools/tools.

• Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days; however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a verified manufacturer defect.

• Stock Verification: Because products are imported and turnover can be fast, customers are encouraged to verify current stock on hand with us before making an electronic bank transfer (EFT) or final payment to avoid dispatch delays.

5. Limitation of Liability & Technical Support

• Self-Study & Support: 3D printing requires a learning curve. We strongly encourage customers to engage in self-study, research, and slicer software experimentation to master their equipment. While our team will happily assist and support you as far as we reasonably can, PrintShift Namibia is not liable for print failures, material wastage, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from user operation or settings.
